We work one-on-one with local and state agencies across the nation to help businesses with their air quality needs. Most of our air services revolve around air permitting applications, including Permit by Rule (PBR) applications, New Source Review (NSR) applications, and Federal Operating Permit (FOP) or Title V applications. In theory, most applicable businesses should apply for an air permit prior to construction or operation of a facility. However, we understand this is not always the case. Therefore, we help businesses resolve violations stemming from operating without a permit by informing clients of their responsibilities under state and federal guidelines. Next, we gather pertinent information to prepare and submit the appropriate air quality application. Lastly, we correspond with the state and federal agencies and follow though with the permitting process by providing any additional requested information. If your business already has an air quality permit but your permit is nearing expiration or needs amending, we can help with that also. We can review your current permit and help you decide what changes, if any, are needed with a permit renewal or amendment. We also offer some clients (depending on industry requirements) record keeping services to help simplify permit obligations. So, if you are in the process of beginning a business or if you are an already operating facility and do not have an air quality permit, please call us to discuss your state and federal operating requirements. We can help you begin on the right path or help bring you into compliance. |
