This seminar is primarily designed to educate and update the oil and gas industry on the applicable air permitting rules which affect it, how to address rules correctly, and what can be expected during those processes. Jack Benton, founder of Benton & Associates and the primary presenter, is a former Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) predecessor agency Environmental Engineering Specialist.
Specific topics of this seminar include detailed information on why, how and when to facility the following processes:
- TCEQ Permits by Rule (PBRs) for batteries, flares, salt water disposal and other facilities;
- TCEQ standard permits for oil and gas (O&G) installations;
- Individual New Source Review (NSR) permits;
- Title V (major source) permits; and
- Applicable Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) standards
